Hello again. It is I, your humble correspondent. With my batteries recharged, it's time to pontificate once again regarding meaningless, and sometimes useless information.
I'm browsing around, researching for information about commercial real estate, when I notice this gem mingled among my 2 million-plus Google hits. I'm shocked.
I grew up in California, and fortunately left there prior to this current real estate market. Since attending school here in Oklahoma, we've fallen in love with the state and the people. Sure there's things we miss about "the West" (see here, here, and here), but we've found beauty here in The Sooner State.
You'll see in the gem above (and this accompanying article), that apparently the Number 1 (dare I say it? - GREATEST?) "Biggest City" with the lowest rent, is the home of yours truly, OKC. This is quite fascinating, and affirms one of the many reasons we love it here. Apparently, all of you suckers living by the ocean, and in your high-priced Manhattan apartments, missed the memo.
I'm sure this same affinity for cheap residential housing compares equally with the commercial markets, though I haven't located any information right now.
